Is CAP's tavern on the tram or fel side? Need to mark a rune there and couldnt find it tram side today.

Goodman's has a rune directly to it on their front steps. It's in a book called arpc taverns and the tavern is the bloody feast. Smile

Ditto, I have rune in the book at my house in Sanctus by the cave. The book is on a bench beside the fountains.
