actually he is fairly well trained in the other skills...

I am trying now to figure out how to rp that bleys's masked ferret sidekick has low tactics

Easy. Tactics is all about picking a place to land your swing. Weapon skill is all about landing your hit. Your ferret has an uncanny ability to land its hits, only it prefers to gnaw on toes rather than throats.
