Missive to the Governments & Councils of Sosaria

Dear Lords and Ladies of the Land,

I have assumed leadership over the Moonglow Town Council once more.

Those of you that have survived the ravages of time know me, or know of me, and know what I am capable of doing. Before you overreact, allow me to put you somewhat at ease. My intentions are wholly altruistic. Time, temperance and old age have muted my ambitions over the years. I have no plans for massive genocidal conquest. The executions of fellow heads of state is not on my agenda, nor does the burning of heretics appear in my day planner.

Rather, in this most late stage in developments, our focus will be almost exclusively domestic. The Moonglow Town Council wishes to rebuild its institutions, and wishes to do so in peace. In short order, our diplomatic envoys will be dispatched to those of you whom we wish to strengthen relations with. We welcome solicitations for economic pacts, cultural exchanges, and any other mutually beneficial treaties.

To any potential enemies, I would recommend seeking advice on how to take on the Moonglow Town Council under GreyPawn from the following guilds: The Order of the Ebon Skull, The Stormreaver Orc Clan, The Scholomance, The Cult of Infernal Necromancy, Handmaidens of Lilith, Demezne Za Ne'Sveti, The Shadowform Empire. If you should find any of the above difficult to reach, it is because they have been annihilated. You are not as powerful as them, I assure you.

That said, Moonglow welcomes warm relations with all guilds of light and neutral organizations. I am looking forward to working with you.
