To the People of Yew and the lands up to the historical boundries of Yew

I, The King of Yew issuse the the following mandate:

I will turn the day to day control of Yew to the Yew Town council ,hereby giving more power back into the the peoples hands. I invite all who wish to be represented and considered for a vote to come to the Yew Abbey on the second day of June at nine in the evening by the eastern sun. To be clear I am still the King and represent Yew in all affairs of state and will be the chairmen of the council untill a suitable representative can be found.
