Starfire had been enjoying the conversation with Ivory. Ivory had just stepped away when a messanger walked up. He inquired as to whether she was Lady Starfire. After allowing as how she was, he handed her a message. She tugged the message open and read the decree. She looked up at the messanger and said, "So lichy wants my head does he? Guess he will have to get in line." The messanger said it came with being governor regent. Starfire nodded her head and agreed that it came with the mantle she had accepted. She thanked the messanger and bid him safe travels.
When Ivory returned, Starfire handed her the document and told Ivory to be sure to give it to Lord Vian. Starfire did not tell Ivory the contents. There was no sense worrying her. Starfire told Ivory to be sure to keep her pets close as she said good bye.
