Upon entering the Horn of the Unicorn tavern, the barkeep Jarvis hails Thraxas and gives him the following note:

I am go Umbra look fer some help fer me who do me good than you. I come help you some but not free like as now. I thankee teach to me about mojo and hummie talk also is some good but not much like it cos hummies laff to me at it. This all I say but good to bye to you. Signed, Durthagg"

"Why the impudent little imp-spawn! After all I have done for him!" Thraxas remarked as he crumpled the letter. His eyes blazed momentarily, then he regained his composure. "Go to Umbra then! See if the undead or orcs treat you any better!" He exited the room quite unhappy as Jarvis went back to work.
