Thraxas has sent Harbinger to locate Ceinwyn ab' Arawn to deliver the following letter:

"My Lady Ceinwyn,

It was good to see you last eve at the meeting. Sadly I was not of such a mental state to remain long and speak with you or anyone else. You may find it difficult to believe but the death of my brother has grieved me deeply. I was even more grieved to hear from you that he had been plotting my assassination and had told you about it. I would like to talk more to you about that and also see how you are doing.

If you can make time for this, I would be grateful. The place and time may be entirely of your own choosing, though I send an invitation to be my guest at the castle.

May you fare well dearest one,

Thraxas
Lord Regent of Yew"

Thraxas,

I have decided to dispense with formalities in this written exchange. I would think we know each other too well for such trivial societal trappings.

Time is something I have in abundance. That said, I look forward to meeting with you, in fact, I will leave the scheduling of that in your capable hands, Lord Regent. I do indeed find myself a little surprised, and if you will forgive me, even more skeptical, that you grieve at all for the loss of your "sibling". I am sure you understand that, as well.

As far as locations go, the castle does well.

Ceinwyn

Harbinger delivers his reply:

My Lady Ceinwyn,

Your style is, as always, after my own heart.

Forgive the unnecessary wordiness; it is a tragic habit borne of necessity that I have had to learn painfully.

Meet me at my home at six p.m. by the eastern star if you please.

Your devoted servant,

Thraxas"
