Zeth stood on the ledge at the mouth of the cave. He was looking down at how Luna glowed and twinkled in the darkness of the night. Her smell hit him before her voice announced her presence. The smell of sweat, and of metal and burnt flesh. "it is completed." Her voice was soft and quiety, a stark contrast to her appearance. Zeth turned after all these years of working with her and being around her the sight of her still made him uneasy. She had once been a very beautiful woman, with long black hair and tan skin. Now one side of her head and face were so severely burnt that she no longer even looked human. She wore only a Leather apron and a pair of mans short pants. He upper torso was bare under the apron, except for a thin leather strap that kept her breast binded. Her arms were very muscluar, bigger that a normal mans thigh.
Zeth looked at her he knew that she wanted no pity for her appearance but he could not help but show it in his face. She loverd her head and her one eye averted from his stares.
"you know its a beautiful night out here, and you have been down there far too long. You should atleast look upon the outside sometimes." Zeth said to her as he stepped aside to allow her out onto the narrow ledge. He watched as she stepped out onto the ledge and looked around.
"it is beautiful up here." she said as she looked out over the valley at Luna.
Zeth stepped up close behind her. "is all in order?" he asked her in a kind voice.
"As you instructed the stone masons and the minners have been paid and have left." She turned to him and gave a smile with the side of her face that still worked. "As per your instruction they will never speak of what they built here." She turned and once again looked out over the valley. As she stood, in the cold night air her sandled feet in the snow she started to shiver.
Zeth walked up closer behind her and placed his hands on her arms. "I want to thank you for the job you have done for me over the years."
She kind of turned to look at him with her one good eye. "Sir you talk as if my employment is done.' The look of realization, in her face, turned to fear as she realized that she was falling backwards.
Zeth watched as the woman that had helped him and served him and remained loyal to the MelGair family for many years, fell to her death. Having dreaded the task that he was about to do. Zeth had only now figured out how he was going to do it. and with a mighty push. All knowledge except for his of what lay in this mountian was erased.

Zeth lay on his Fur pallet, the cave was warm and the scent of Feyln still hung in the air. He smirked to himself as He remembered her face when he had brought her to the cave. How dissgusted she was at its appearance. Zeth looked over at the books stacked everywhere, the bones on the floor. "It worked." He mummbled to himself.

In the hours after He had been knocked to the ground and had his life threatened Zeth had come to find something out about himself. The plan had started to form even then in his mind, but it was not until Merci herself had said those words that He figured out how he would pull it off.

"Mentally fragile!" Zeth spoke softly to the air in the cave. "Yes let them believe that" he sat up on the furs and looked out to the cave around him."Yes let them all think that."

Zeth sat at the table, things were not going as planned. Everything was ready to set his plan in motion all but one, He needed a subject. He stood up blew out the candle setting on the table and headed in darkness up the stairs to the cave above. As the stone in the floor slid back into place. He looked around. This place is a mess he thought to himself.

Zeth removed his armour and lay down on the pallet of furs. Feyln's scent came rushing to him, Hmmmm he thought. He had only briefly saw her that night she was deep in conversation with her brother and had seemed to be ignoring him. It was of no matter she was not what Zeth had once thought her to be.

His mind wandered to there time together and how she had told him she needed to think. She was in love with her Solider boy, and that was fine with him, but he needed her still. It wasnt for the sex or for emotional needs. She had something that he needed. Her abilities to manipulate men. It was a key ingrediant in what he was doing. If she could not be what he had hoped then Maybe she could share with another her skills and help him train them even if it is with out her knowledge of the real reason.

Zeth reached up and scratched his chest. His fingers ran across the faint scar of the arrow that had peirced his chest almost a month ago. His mind wandered to the shooter. She was attractive, with some work he thought that she could be made to be beautiful. She showed determination, after all she had come after him after he tried to attack her.

Zeth pictured her in his mind, he had spent several days watching her train with her sword. She had potential if only he could figure out how to get her to agree.

Zeth Smiled I will make her agree. it should not be too hard. After all I have made one woman doubt her love for one man. Zeth closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep his last thoughts were tomorrow is going to be a good day.
