Kelly walked around the city of Minoc giving instructions to certain townsfolk. "I will be going away for a while. I will return." She walked away from Minoc and into Vesper giving similar instructions.

Once her walk through both cities was complete, she walked slowly out into the wilderness to the east. Night had fallen in all its winter chilled glory and Kelly paused. She turned around and looked out from the trees to the sparkle of lantern lights and torches in the cities and houses. There seemed a sense of foreboding in the air. She turned and began the walk home. Her senses were keen this night as she picked up a variety of wildlife slumbering, a troll not far, and several other monsters. Soon, she saw her home. Kelly paused and took in the beauty of it. As she slowly entered, she placed her hands on the stone. Though gloved, she could sense a great settling in the foundation.

Kelly made a walk-through her home and soon found herself standing before her coffin. A simple thing it was. She was a warrior at heart and preferred to keep her main coffin plain. It held within it grave dirt from her homeland, a few baubles of her childhood, and her canopic jar with the visage of Set as the top. Each item sealed away within the coffin but within contact of her body when she slept. Kelly looked to the guardian statuesof the ophidians and bats and wolves. "Watch over me."

She then climbed into her coffin and issued the final command to activate the ancient wards and curses that would befall any foolish grave robber or slayer. The lid to her coffin closed and Kelly attuned herself to the house. She closed her eyes and smiled. "Soon. Things will change."

Kelly drifted off into a catatonic state some would call hibernation. Vampires call it torpor.

She looked around blinking and shading her eyes from a white blinding light. Uttering curses in her native egyptian tongue, she knew she had to find shelter. The sands were getting hotter under her feet as she traveled. She ran over several dunes and as she crested next, looked around. Nothing. Not so much as a cactus plant in this desert. She then fell to her knees and began digging a hole. It was then that a giant scorpion appeared from beneath the sand several feet from her. She watched it as it worked its jaws and pincers, its unblinking eyes focused on her. She stood up and stood tall, an irritated edge in her voice as she faced it.
"Well?"

The scorpion began to shift forms into that of a green hued, tall human man, dressed in black and green armor with a coiled serpent emblem upon his chest.
She immediately hit the sands at his feet, submissive. "Forgive me, My Lord.

He laughed. "My Child. My Chosen. My Holy Champion of Evil. I expect nothing less of you. Rise and come with me. We have much to discuss."

Kelly stood and brushed off the sand and walked side by side through the desert with her deity's avatar. She knew not the length of time she spent in Ankhwugat discussing her time within Sosaria. She only knew her Deity wanted to hear everything.

"So Lloth has made her a home for some time there." He grinned. "Perhaps it is time to pay the Spider Fiend a visit again. Tell me more of this, Darrien Church and Oblivion."
