Dealthagar's tendrils writhed with rage.

He had seen these events coming to pass weeks earlier, had he been allowed to follow his path, this could have been avoided. Now the "cleansing devices", devices he had helped perfect, sat poised to destroy everything they wanted to control.

He rubbed the arcane gems "sewn" to the back of his right hand. Small arcs of purple energy sparked beteeen them. This was escalating, and chaos would soon rule the rising tide of dischord. The Wolves of Stonegate would not be denied. The Lich Lord would not let the city fall into thier hands. There would be no winner, no survivors.

His eyes opened wide, and the voice of Legion spoke from the depths of his soul.

And the Will of Morgaz will fall upon the ROCK.
The city of the VOID will float free.
The Shattering, The End, The Convergance
Those who sit above shall watch the devouring.
The die will be cast, and the root shall break.
The Hand, The Eye, The ROCK.
There is no escape.
The ROAD will END.

Dealthagar fell to the floor, foaming at the mouth, the entropic visions fading. He was the conduit, the Eyes of the Well, the Voice of the Void. The missive spoke far more than anyone could possibly understand. The time was at hand.
