She pulled off the kimono, as it fell to the floor, the house packed in boxes for remodeling had not even been started on.
She was tired, the newly married Merci felt a pang as she knew that there were still a thousand things to do and all of them took her away from her husband.
Husband, the word rang in her head oddly. Yet deep down she felt a deep pang.. the last moment she had been with him they had shared a kiss in front of many people. Her excitement coarsing thru her down to her toes. Yet soon not long after that she had been pulled away, duty had called and moments later Merci had found herself thanking the kindness of her guests speaking with the variety of people all over the place.
The thing that thrilled her most about this wedding was the diversity, there had been no rhyme or reason to the guests that had shown. It was how things should be. No good, no evil just beings together, in strength in unity.
She ached a bit at the thought of the dissapearing groom as he to met guests, she had noticed herself getting pulled farther and farther from him until at last..they were both whisked away duty for their clans calling them away. Yet they knew how it would be.. and their time would come. After the reception she intended just a few days alone with him.. she hoped...
Her mind switched tracks, the battle for luna would be waged not far from where they had wedded. How ironic, but not unplanned.
Her robe touched her skin and she fell into bed with a list on her mind of things to do:
1. Find my husband or hope he finds me
2. Korin's Dissapearance
3. Training and preparations for Luna's Battle
4. Reception clothing... wear a dress...not a robe... possibly not even armour (she cringed)
5. Visit the Ether Stone...to remove the sepulcher stone and toss it..
6. Thankyou letters
7. Help the empress with her preparations
8. Find the person who gave us that mask...
9. *go to sleep merci or I will knock you out* Okay..
She wondered if Bishimi would find her, Sleep claimed her... _________________ May destiny guide you... |

Battle Now.. Move fast and stay with it. Indeed this was everything that She and Bishimi were. As she hurriedly cleaned her blade, fastened her gorget, and mounted her steed, she thought fondly in her head of the looming battle. The hunger driving her.
The treaty had been signed, Molly relinquished the City of Luna to Stonegate and they had agreed to let her maintain her position and holdings within that realm. Talon had overseen it. It had not been a moment Later when an urgent messenger had arrived proclaiming that the Ebon Skull road for Blackguard.
Talon turned to them asking for their aid. Against Oblivion? Of course... that was what this was all about. It was but moments and Stoneguardians answered Myrddins call in force her pride swelling as a burst of flame brought the Inciendiary to them in seconds, as the Enforcers familar cry of battle could be heard, as every Stoneguardian unified, came to their kings aid. Then to see the Blue lotus moving unseen alongside Stonegate made her pride bloom to a new level as they poured forth to the stop the ensuing tide of Oblivions hand.
She never dreamed things would become like this..She never dreamed that she would be in this position beside Sanctus fighting Oblivion. However, the threat was real in Malas. This is why she had never abided Oblivion. She never could bring herself to want to see its goals fulfilled.
Already the marriage with Bishimi was off to an amazing start as their dreams were fulfilled and seeing his clan appear silent beside her own made her budding love for him grow. This was what she termed a Honeymoon.
The Marriage and lives of Bishimi and Merci, this was their story, one their children would tell she hoped with pride for generations. _________________ May destiny guide you... |
