By the will of Morn Cirith,

In an effort to increase the Order's capability with rites,
all members of the Order who are familiar with how to use
mana or energy are to seek out Kaelthir the Arch Mage.

In a combined effort, new ways and methods
of using our skills and powers will be discovered.

This notice includes:
