|
Of all the guests that had come last night, two sets had shown up with more than a few people. The letter to Blackmarsh was already off. It was time for the second , a letter to the people of Tokuno. Once more a piece of parchment was pulled out of a collection she had brought with her in her knapsack.
"To the people of Tokuno,
I have never really had any contact with your people but that isn't because I don't want to. I visit your city often to get orders for Blacksmithing and for tailoring. And I must say I love your tea house. The Sake, I think is what you call it, make me light headed and awfully warm. I'm not sure why, but it's not an entirely bad feeling, just a little strange.
I should have addressed your letter to someone specific, but I don't know who to address it to. My new husband and I appreciate you coming to our wedding and celebration last night. Your support means a lot to us. And you did not go unnoticed. Thank you all so much for coming.
Sincerely,
Soren (Now Bishop not Calestra)
Artisan of Gypsy's"
This time Soren took a piece of leather and attached the piece of parchment to Pidgy. Feeding him a piece of leftover wedding cake she stroked his feathers lightly and sent him on his way. |
