I would like to inform you that Zerin and I are nearly through the batch of gingerbread cookies that you sent. They were rather awful at first, but now, they're not so bad. Please let me know what you would like us to do next.

A small rat-snake returns the message, his little mouth full with a bag full of cookies, the collar bearing the letter and a potion bottle. The bottle has a small sign saying, "I am safe."

Dear Zari,

Hi! I made a whole new batch. The first was too weak, but this will do for both of you, much stronger. It might take a bit to adjust, but hopefully, this is the right amount. Remember one a day to each of you. Hopefully, in a week's time, it'll be perfect!

On the potion, see if Zerin likes it. I call it bubble potion, because, well, that's what it does. He should have fun. Just open it and the bubbles will start flying into the air. I promise, it's safe!
