You notice the parchment is rolled up and wrapped in a Crimson Ribbon...
Hail Friend,
After our meeting a few evenings ago concerning the whereabouts of Tai Kwan Leap, I wandered about the library in Ter Mur for a moment to collect my thoughts. I have come to the conclusion, that I could only be of the utmost assistance if I were to rightly assume my diplomatic responsibilities regarding the Isle of Nujle'm as well as any service I can provide to the Burning Empire as a whole. I have spent many a night on the Isle as of late, and I see many former residents of Tokuno that have made their way to Nujel'm. With that, I hope to make it the bustling city it was, as well as further encourage the trade you have created.
Through many trips to the Burning Empire's workshop, I have begun to understand the importance and methods regarding the resources we offer and the revenue and relationships it brings. I only hope to build upon an already well crafted foundation but with a push in diplomacy and relations with other nations. I have noticed quite a void in the relationships of nations. Even in short conversation, I can see that communication and understanding of ideals has become an issue throughout the realm. I do hope to change that. Generally, my voice is in the ideal of neutrality and balance but there must be a level of understanding amongst nations and their respective leaders.
I would also like to add that I have instructed my Ranger Ra'ja to continue on the trail of Tai; and I pray that we do find him shortly.
Should you have any request or questions for me, do not hesitate to send me a missive friend.
In Balance,
Rufus Oryan
