Instinct steadied his resolve, a sliver of moonlight whispering over the cobblestones as the masked figure stepped out into the road. The dagger in his hand craved sanguine satisfaction, his own blood racing through his veins in tempestuous anticipation . . .

Life has no other discipline to impose, if we would but realize it, than to accept life unquestioningly. Everything we shut our eyes to, everything we run away from, everything we deny, denigrate or despise, only serves to defeat us in the end. What seems painful can become a source of great strength if faced with acceptance of mind.





I shall demand my memories returned to me forthwith. No more will I walk lost in the darkness, but rather rise up to embrace the re-awakening of my soul!
