Several dozen wraiths wander about the lands of the Order of the Ebon Skull, seeking out the ears of the faithful to relay a message in their sullen and mournful tones.

Faithful of Oblivion,

We have shared in many celebrations for landmarks in recent history that have been set before us. Victories over the light as it cast down its own standards to work in brotherhood with the very evils it once decried. Battles against rogue elements within the faith and rituals completed to further our aims and send echoes of our works in the broadening future.

Yet today I call for a celebration that many more would recognize. For it was a year ago that the faithful, lead under the command and might of the most high and beneficient master of our domain, Lich Lord Darrien Church, reclaimed the city of Umbra from the remanents of the false rulers of the previous hierarchy and returned it to the enlightened rule of our enduring theocracy.

We celebrate not merely for the sake of a strip of land, but for the knowledge of the inevitability of our return. A reminder that we, the faithful, much like the very forces of Entropy and Oblivion we follow, are an enduring truth and an undefeatable reality of existence. Let us celebrate with our allies as we treat ourselves to this memory of our labors. Call to others who would desire to join us. Let all who are willing take part. You shall soon be called together for this feast. Be prepared my brethren.
