Dear Sir, or Madam,

Though technically myself, and my kin, are a part of this Maritime Union, I find that there is a distict lack of cohesion between us and you, the founding members. As it was my aunt who bound us to you, it fell to her to keep the lines of communication opened. Alas, as is her wont, she is not around for the time being.

That said, I wonder if I cannot convince one or some of you to meet with myself, and my kin, and discuss your agenda and where you see us in it? A time and place is, happily, left up to you.

Arahim,

Currently, Otori Tai Kwan is the acting director of the Maritime Union. For the moment, I handle all his diplomatic affairs and my office is based out of the Palace of Nujel'm. We truly admire your interest in forming allied effort for securing and maintaining trade within the Maritime Union. To further understand your ideals, I will arrange a meeting time and place with Lord Tai so that we can address any concerns and create a promising and prosperous relationship within the Maritime Union.
