Daynle watched as Arieus was busy checking his current ideas of The Citadel fortifications. Earlier that eve they both had had a serious discussion on Luna and its many concerns for the family. Most pointedly, were the armies massing about Malas, and the many political goings on in Tramell.

Daynle had claimed Luna city, so as to keep it from the hand of evil, and frankly, he never really wished for the city. Daynle was a ranger at heart. His goal was to set up the foundations of an administration. He did not wish to turn the city over with a blank slate. Arieus was currently a vassal of Duchess Willow, and thus could not, in strict compliance with etiquette, take it himself.

He had pondered turning it of to several guilds, of which he also conferred with his brother, Arieus on. In the days before, it was noted that the most suitable guild to take over the land claim was The House of the Gauntlet. They had many holding in Malas inclusive of both Duchess Willow herself and many of the guild members.

Tonight, Daynle met with Duchess Willow, and offered the land claim form. She accepted accordingly. He offered "Queen? Molly Willow of Luna" best wishes and offered his assistance if need be. Thus, Daynle returned to his Countship of North Eastern Malas, in due form.

Dismounting and stabling her mare she heads home from Luna along the south road to the island of the Gauntlet. Her meeting with Daynle De'Chevia took her by complete surprise. She pondered the conversation she had with him and how to proceed. She had never been asked to lead a town before and a city of such a size will be quite a chalenge...she began to think of the future and where it should lead... The city of light... Hmmm...Her mind continuted to turn the idea over in her mind. After she arrived home she sent a pigeon to Martin with her thoughts. She then started formulating her agenda for the guild meeting the next evening. There was much to discuss and much to be done. Many to speak to to iron out the details. Guards to be posted and patrols to be set in motion. Meetings to plan and calls to many to discuss the future. She sat at her desk her head on her hand. She closed her eyes for only a moment and fell asleep laying her head on the pile of notes she had stacked there as if it were a pillow. Quietly Martin slipped in and kissed her head, lifting her into his arms and carried her to bed as she rested her head on his shoulder not waking.
