Let it be known throughout the land, that as long time friend and ally of Sanctus, Duchess Molly Willow and the House of Gauntlet have been extended the right to Govern the day to day activities of Luna as a Vassal City of Sanctus. Duchess Willow and the House of Gauntlet are hereby entitled to all benefits and responsibilities associated with such status. To include, but not limited to, full economic, trade, and millitary support of Sanctus its other Vassals.

There are other matters concerning Luna under discussion and they will be announced as they are decided upon.
