She held in her hand a rose, it had once been a brilliant blue. It had been given to her long ago as a gift and she had kept it alive as long as she could. Yet now it was dried and it looked more a black color than blue.

Lifting it in her hand one of the thorns caught the flesh of her finger and drops of cold blood drizzled onto the rose.

Kaylor and Willow had been chosen to represent Stonegate in the joust, she was proud of them both. One would be the green knight as was so fitting for Willow and the other would be the Black Knight, Kaylor would fill that position like it was natural....

She stared at the rose in her hand. She would give them each a rose, all of the Knights, and they could pick someone within the crowds to carry thier tokens.

It would bring them good luck she hoped. Once more the Oracle stared into the mists. What did the future hold?
