Bleys slowly walks to the World Mind Battery and holds forth his golden Omni to it's unyielding light and slowly repeats his oath:

And his Omni is recharged for the night.

He reads over the reports. His warning to Moonglow was accurate within a 90% degree of accuracy. Which was within acceptable standards.

He sent the Clarion call to all active members of the Watch. “Tonight we hunt for a criminal.”

Fortunato had struck again. He would have to visit Moonglow in person and take the fight there.

He turned away from the harsh glow of the World Mind Battery. There was work to be done.

The first thing he did was reply to Moonglow.

“Message received. Confirmed the actions of one Fortunato. Myself or members of the Watch will be in Moonglow this night to investigate further. Maintain the integrity of the crime scene.
