Involving the silver tax.

Someone happens to be in Cabal territory hunting the silver farmers that pay my guild for protection.
In this case the person is in the roleplay community. So please be forewarned that the people are you killing may be paid taxpayers. AKA open normal pvp may ensue if you are caught killing my guilds source of income.
