Hail! ODE wishes to invite all of you to a game of Clue!

The game will be held on Saturday the 14th of May at Tazar’s magnificent estate. Every guild can send one or many teams of how many players they wish (I recommend teams of 3 at least).

A murder has been committed! All that remains is to find who the murderer is, which weapon was used and where the murder was executed.

Here are the main points:

- A team will be able to make as many suggestions as they wish to any of the suspects. A suggestion will be: A suspect, a weapon and a place. If the suggestion is wrong, nothing happens.
- A team will be able to make ONE AND ONLY ONE accusation which will be their final answer. This accusation will be made through a book that will be given to each team at the beginning of the event. If the accusation is wrong, the team making the accusation will be eliminated.
- You will have a small delay before you can make a suggestion again to the same suspect (~1Min)
- There are 9 suspects, 9 possible weapons and 9 places within Tazar’s estate which are as follows (in no specific order):

SUSPECTS : Wynn, Tazar, Skatha, Geezer, Squidlips, KaMule, Mantis, Carmen, Ohanzee

WEAPONS : Rope, Broadsword, Cutlass, Scimitar, Katana, Kryss, Daisho, Longsword, Viking

PLACES : Dark temple, Hall of magics, Library, Jail and cave, Warrior wall, Crafting hall, Alliance Hall, Hall of Drunken Elders, Hall of Drunken Elders Annex

Every time a team will make a suggestion to a suspect (ODE member), the answer can either be “I do not know” or “It’s not possible because …”. Each suspect will have his specific portion of the answer so run around and you will get a different answer from each suspect to the same suggestion. Keep in mind that the suspects will roam around the estate (they will not remain stationary).

Of course, time will be the issue. If another team makes an accusation and is right, they will win the game, but giving a wrong answer will get them disqualified. In the end, you should be fairly certain of your accusation before you make it.

The loot: 50Mil to the winning team!
Time allowed: None specified… The game will go on as long as there is still a team that has not been eliminated or until a team wins.
Location: A drawing is provided at the end of this post to guide you in your travels.
Time: 14th of May at 8PM. A gate will surely be provided but the cords are 7South 1East (Malas south East of the big lake)

Enjoy exploring Tazar’s estate! I personally find it very impressive with the teleports that merge the buildings together seamlessly.

Since the Clue game was postponed due to unforeseen events (the house bug is now solved), the game will be held on June 4th at the same time (8PM) at Tazar's magnificent estate.

I hope to see everyone there so we can see who has the sharpest mind of all!

Hail!

Due to unforeseen events again... *sigh* the game will be rescheduled for the 25th of June at 9PM - WHATEVER HAPPENS!

Please let us know if you want to help out setting up the game or be a stand-in if someone on staff can not attend. Would be appreciated.

Hang on to you hats because it's gonna be fun!

Keep in mind that the list of possible suspects may change and will be posted when we will know for sure before the game. The places, weapons and the map will not change in all cases.

Hail everyone!

The clue game was a great success! We shall try this again for sure.

Thanks to the staff and the participants! Everyone got a little something out of it.

Lita was the big WINNER!!!! It was the 5th accusation I received. The answer was :
