I just read the Land Claims thingy while browsing the section about how to get into the ARPC, and maybe my answer is there but I overlooked it somehow but....

Lets say Cove Fel is homebase to the Lightbringer XMen Alliance and they want to claim Cove Tram or war over it or whatever. Is that considered to be "accessable"/ "connected" land?

This is just a personal curiosity w/ no thoughts on a D|O return.

Going from Fel to Tram there needs to be a moongate involved. So you would have take the lands from Fel Cove to a moongate to tram. Then from the Tram moongate back over to Cove. But you could release the lands afterwards.
