Before you stands a skeletal figure draped in torn black garments, holding a small black parchment in his hands. It begins to read from the parchment, speaking in a raspy hissing tone.


"Hear ye, Hear ye;

This upcoming Saturday six bell tolls past the sun's highest peak The Order of the Ebon Skull will hold a black Market in the city of Umbra. Umbra's gates will be open to all on this day, yet all agressions will be left outside. Violence will be rewarded only with death."


The herald rolls up the parchment and bows fully, then dissapears in a cloud of ghastly black fog.

"Sir, this just in from Sgt. Fliks patrol" a young recruit barged into Arlins office, only to be greeted with a stern look from his commander.

"It better be good...dismissed..." Arlin said with a half-hearted salute. He scanned over the report slowly. A black market....Arlin was used to those. He supposed it wouldn't do any good to break it up but...

A though flashed across his agile mind. He grinned a bit, and bellowed down for his officers. He would make sure the Skullies knew he meant bussiness now...

There was much planning to do, however.
