Dear Quinn,

Your eagerness of late to find something to do has been brought to my attention, on more than one occasion, and by more than one individual. I quite appreciate your efforts to keep yourself busy, and would like to offer my assistance in your endeavours.

There are many changes awaiting Ashencrosse in the coming days, and I will require the help of a great many people to see my ideas come to fruition. Your creativity has gone, thus far, untapped, and I should think that now is the time to develop your talents and give them some sort of direction.

As such, I have secured you a position in Minoc, in one of my father's mines, where you will spend alternating days patrolling and mining. You will be paid weekly, with the other workers there. This should give you a better understanding of what it means to contribute to a cause, and how rewarding it can be to earn an honest wage for an honest day's work.

There is no need to thank me for this arrangement. Your growth and contribution to the upcoming renovations will be thanks enough. See me when you receive this message, and we will discuss the terms and prepare for your immediate departure.
