Player History (what people should know about you): Cuth's story is fairly simple. He grew up on a farm outside of Britain. One night a man happened by the farm and asked for lodging, which Cuths parents granted him. Two days later a group of Orcs came to the farm looking for the man. When they found out that Cuths family had allowed the man to stay at the farm, a fight ensued and Cuths parents were killed. Cuth was young at this point, around 10. He was taken by his uncle who finished raising him in Jhelom where Cuth spent most of his time in the Dueling Pits honing his skills and reading about military tactics. It was in Jhelom that he met Artero Kingston as a member of the Jhelom Council of Valor and they became fast friends. After the JCV folded, Artero pursuaded Cuthbert to join him in building the Hand of Humanis by promising him it was the best way for him to rid himself of the ghosts of his slain parents and promising that all non-humans, not just Orcs, were dangerous. Cuth worked with Artero, Isk and Hector to build Humanis and to secure Magincia as a Humanis city. After Artero left the guild, Cuthbert began to question his roll in Humanis. He became less and less active in the guild and eventually decided that the guild was in good hands without his input. He sent a letter of resignation to Hector, Isk and Mark Randerstill, who took over after Artero left. Since leaving Humanis, Cuthbert has mellowed quite a bit in his anti-nonhuman sentiment. He is much more level headed and this is in large part due to him finally mentally dealing with the deaths of his parents at the hands of the Orcs. To keep himself busy, he has dedicated himself to the pursuits of the Vitrues, mostly by reading books written on the topics. He is still active in researching warfare tactics as well.
