It was a fun little meeting, Kuja thought, as he walked away from the black market. He had not seen Draven Blackheart in months, and there he was. Draven was unprepared for Kuja's divination skills, and some of his thoughts leaked to Kuja. Kuja had been thinking of the drow recently, in fact.

As Kuja rode to Umbra's bank on his ethereal horse, he thought of Marek Marlou, the drow he had found being harassed near Luna almost a year ago. The drow he had taken in and tought the arts of divination to. Kuja's mind did not have the capacity for the holy magics that paladins posess, but, Marek did, and so he tought it to him. Kuja respected Marek for the strong drow magics he was born with, and Marek respected Kuja for the magics he had learned over his lifetime.

Perhaps I will have a little meeting with Marek, Kuja thought. He knew the drow had a curious taste for books and random magic items... He knew he would be at this black market. Kuja waited at Umbra bank for him.

Sure enough, in an hours time, Marek had showed up to the bank. Kuja had kept his eyes closed, concentrating on the people coming in and out, searching for that unique mind of a drow. "We have something to discuss," Kuja said to Marek.

Kuja stepped away from the wall of the bank. "Vas Rel Por," he said, creating a red moongate through which flowed the cold winds of Caina. The two stepped through, preparing for a long discussion.
