LETTER OF COMMENADTION:
To: Guardswoman Velma Copper,

Let it thus be known that Velma Copper, spouse of Lord Breti, and Guardswoman of The Knights of Sosaria has demonstrated the virtue of Compassion & The virtue of Honor in the highest of ways.

She rescued my person from the grasp of the spirit world, and would it not have been for her quick and responsible actions all would have been lost.

I thus, present this letter of commendation to you, in my new station, and also with friendship and warm tidings. It is indeed a privileged to have you in our ranks.

Velma woke up to Breti practically pulling her out of bed.

"Damn woman, you are a hard to wake up! Been out with Nkai again?"

The grin on his lips showed he was teasing her. She just offered him a sheepish grin and swings her legs over the bed. Stretching her arms out, she moves to gather a robe hanging from the bed post.

"Did I knock you out of bed again?"

She asked with a glimmer of mischief in her eyes. Breti just laughed and shook his head. He then gave her the parchment that had arrived to their home. She takes it, then looks at him confused.

"Writting me love notes are we?"

They both laughed, what on earth was he going to do with this woman that was his wife. He informed her that it came to her today. She nodded and broke the seal to open it. Her tired eyes scanned over the letter. She shook her head, then rubbed her eyes. She reread it once more. Breti looked upon her while she read.

"A love note from an admirer?"

He asked, showing his interest in her letter. She just laughed.

"Nay, its just a letter about something I did."

Breti eyes widen abit half in jest the other half in fear.

"What DID you do Velma?"

She laughs and hands him the letter.

"Nothing bad. It was good...well at least I think it was. See its just a fancy thank you letter."

She says handing it off to him as she got up and moved to their writing table. There she sat down, taking out quill and ink. She rumbled through her half of the desk to find a parchment, then wrote.

Dear Arieus,

You are welcome. Next time save the parchment buy me an ale.

She grins as she folds it up and places the family seal on it. She calls for her hawk and attaches it to his leg. She sends him off. Breti just gazed upon the woman that he has married. Perhaps in his mind he was wondering why he did it. He moves over towards her resting his hand upon her shoulder.

"you did well sweetie."

She turns and looks at him grinning mischieviously. She then planted a big kiss on his lips without warning. He blinked a few times and smiled.

"What was that for?"

She smiled as she made her way towards the privy to wash up.

"Just to show you all things I do aren't necessarily bad."
