[Nephi]

Nephi was finishing up polishing his uniform when he heard something downstairs. He quickly grabbed his katana and headed down. It was very dark, but Nephi could make out an Ice Snake glowing faintly on his porch. It had something very large coiled up between its body. Nephi quickly dashed forward and cut the snake down. He lit up the hanging lantern above him to discover a small baby bird of prey. He knew then and there what it was, A Falcon. He wrapped it up in large bandages and took it up to his bed. He fed it shreds of raw meat from his storage and gave it water. The next morning it was walking around on his bed looking around curiously. Nephi studied the creature all morning. He found a brand below on its breast area with the initials 'EFF'. The falcons tail was an odd, but magnificent color of fire. the owner pehaps tried to dye this bird entirely but failed and lossed his falcon thought Nephi. He smiled when it started rubbing against his knee. "I will call you Blazetail, little falcon" Nephi said warmly
