A pale shell of a man approaches you, clad in a torn suit and top hat. His flesh and skin appears to be a pale green, littered with thousands of maggots. As he approaches you, he produces a black scroll from his side, then begins to read:

"The Order of the Ebon Skull is proud to announce the openning of Wormwood tavern, located Northwest of Umbra and Charnel Hill, overlooking the vast abyss. Transportation shall be provided to Wormwood from the Minstrel's Garden on this night and this night only. All hostility shall be rewarded with the removal of your head from your shoulders."

The herald rolls up the scroll and walks away, leaving a faint scent of rotting flesh.
