Orcish warriors pound upon their Nargas; the war drums made from sun dried humie skins unceremoniously stretched across a wooden frame. The smaller orcs scavenge the forests of southern yew for components for magical spells. Specific roots and bugs.

The Orc Cheif Grishnak and the four Lords of the Stormreaver Orc Clan stand at the tips of a pentagram with orc mages forming a circle around them. Chants to the power of the Bludgod are on their lips and the little light provided by the nearly new moon seems to be absent.. Sucked into a void at the center of the dark ritual.

In the forrests around this ritual skulk the emissaries of servents of oblivion and worshipers of the undead.

The runtees provide the final quantity of reagents for the ceremony and a soft implosion can be felt within the pentagram. The Lords Grebog, Og'din, Acejuk, and Gra'rak along with their cheiftain appear consumed in shadow.

"Da darkmoon..." Mutters Og'din.

"Da night ob power.." Responds Grebog.

"Da might ob da horde..." Continues Gra'rak.

"Wull be unleashed dis nite..." Concludes Acejuk.

Grishnak's chest swells beneath his tunic and through the maw of his chieftain's helm a low roar is uttered. Slowly gaining strength, the lords add their voices to the call. Their roar becomes deafening as the shadowy void surrounding these orcs seems to amplify their voices. Runtees in the forrest run for the cover of trees. Small birds and bats in the night fall from the sky to their deaths and a chill moves across the land.

The Moon Wanes. The orcs' strength Waxes.

The bringers of light will learn to fear this eve. When the moon becomes dark, they will learn to bolt their doors.

The celebration of the dark moon begins....

Glory ran into the Great Hall at Sea Reach, straight to Lilyth's office. She breathlessly explained that her operatives near the Fort in Yew Fel had noted a major increase in activity. The words bloodgod and raiding were heard often. Kegs of Ale were seen being moved in mass quantities to the fort. They were beating thier war drums at a louder and more steady pace. This did not bode well, the bloodgods night was at hand. "Ready your troops Miss Lilyth, you know we will be here at your side to protect Sea Reach and Yew from this assault."

The two began preperations to survive the night of the bloodgod.
