Lilyth and Glory sat in the Great Hall at SeaReach. They had much to discuss regarding the recent activities of the Orcs at the shack. Glory related the information regarding the Science Pugs and requested the help of the Chief Justice of Yew in thier prosocution. Lilyth had assured Glory that they would indeed be tried in a swift manner. Glory then went on to relate the tale of Vaen, whom the scouts had seen recently fighting alongside the Orcs against thier foes. This was troubling news to Lilyth, she knew of Vaen. It did not quite make sense that he would be fighting under the banner of the Orcs against those he once called friend. That seemed to be the case as Glory related different incidences described by her scouts. After a last mug of ale the two ladies parted company. Glory headed back into the woods of Yew and Lilyth to her desk.

She composed a quick letter to Lady Rachel of the Legion.

Dear Lady Rachel,

I have most troubling news M'Lady, I thought you should be made aware as soon as possible. Lord Vaen has been spotted by scouts in Yew fighting side by side with the Orcs. The reports indicate that he has turned his back on his compatriots and joined in assisting the Orc forces in Yew. This came about shortly after the bloodmoon, the first sighting of Vaen was made after a long celebration of the BludGod. I am unsure of the forces driving your friend but I should like to talk with you this evening if you are available.

Sincerely,

Lilyth Noir
Vice Mayor of Yew

Rachel stands on the porch of her house over looking the sea, as she finishes reading, she glances to her left to where Vaen's house is.

Hmm, no wonder I have not passed by him lately when I have come home at night

Rachel quickly walks inside and begins to scribble a letter..

M'Lady Lilyth Noir,

Thank you for your letter, this is indeed surprising news to me and the others. I will be available to meet with you today around seven in the evening. If this is not acceptable, please let me know, and I will see what other times I have open. The Legion most definately wants their friend and comrade back, so I will need any and all information you might have for this to happen.

Sincerely,
Rachel Corbinis
Judicator of Minoc

Rachel sends the letter off, and quickly runs off to find the others.

The Orcs have gone too far this time... They will not keep our friend.
