One of his many scouts quickly walked through the front gates to bow and hand a slip of paper to him.

Taking the piece of paper and unfolding it to read, Tarothin's eyes flared a birghter red.

"So...the Regency chooses to train their troops on the land we control as well as the Regulators train on. Occlo is to be used by Regulator's only. I am displeased... Keep patrolling the area and keep me informed on when next they do so...A training session it will be indeed..."

"...until then I must find out more on this and who's idea it was to choose to do so without asking..."

Sending for a messenger to write his words down to deliver to Lia.


Lia,

I have had a report in that the Regency decided to train on Occlo. Our territory and Regulator only training grounds.

I would like to know if this was granted by you or Nazralte on allowing them without consulting myself, or if this was someone else's idea. I would also like you to inform the regency that it is indeed off limits to those that do not pay to use the land or ask. And that it is...unwise for them to travel there in mass again for the same laws that govern Dark Cove govern that Island as well. And seeing that they are not allies except your guild and Nazralte's, that they will be subject to punishment should laws be broken. I do hope that you have informed them as well that that area is controlled and has been by us for since the Regulators were formed. It is not their playground to use.

Any information will be most welcomed. I will await your reply.

Dear Tarothin,

I have just returned this evening from a long journey. I be willing to discuss anything with ye in person and as far as I or Nazarlte giveing permisson for such I would have to say no. I did not go to the training but do have a report how it went. As I have said I just returned from a long journey and can speak to ye more privately about other matters.

Lia,

I will await then before acting upon the matter in a more ruthless way then I am sure that yourself and Nazralte would like. Since the Regency has faught in Yew against me, at this time they are on thin ice in regards to my reactions towards them outside of the Yew area.

If they wish to further persue their wanting to train on Occlo they will need to meet with me and gain my agreance prior to doing so. Or their fate will be unpleasant to say the least. As in mass arrest for breaking D|O laws, and or death depending on if they resist.

I will hope to talk soon upon this matter.
