Mianna woke with a smile, the day ahead of her was too be a busy one indeed. The past few weeks had been much easier to handle. The strange things happening to her had fianally subsided, much like Mistress had said they would. She was looking forward to the meeting later this afternoon. After she had climbed out of bed and dressed, she went out to the balcony to attend to her plants. Mistress Reminisence said they needed to be taken care if daily to ensure that they would blossom and serve their purpose properly. As she watered them, she thought about the last meeting of the Cult when Reminisence and Smogg informed her of their decision. To be nominated was quite an honor, it wuld mean alot of new responsiblities, ones she was sure she had the time and patience to deal with.
Finishing with her task, Mianna went up to her lab and sat down to write the speech she had beein atempting to prepare. Since learning of the nomination, Mianna had made the effort of familiarizing herself further with the city if Trinsic, each day this past week she has made a point to walk through the streets of the beautiful city introducing herself to the shopkeepers and the few citizens who had been about. Writing speeches and being nominated for such a prestigeous position was not to be taken lightly. She pushed all other thoughts from her mind and began to write.....

Greetings fellow Counsel members and Citizens of Trinsic.

For those of you who do not know me, I am Mianna Cypri currently a member of this counsel through my guild association with The Cult of Infernal Necromancy. It gives me great honor to have been nominated for a position such as Mayor of this beautiful city. I am fairly new to this land, though perhaps I feel that is exactly what may be needed to restore interest in Trinsic. Some new blood, fresh ideas to aid our citizens and those from other lands in experiencing all that Trinsic has to offer.
Since hearing of the Counsel's plans to elect a new mayor, I have familiarized myself with some of the issues that need attention. If elected, I plan to aid the Counsel in completing the Trinsic Charter. I feel that a structured set of regualtions and guidlines would be benificial for a city such as Trinsic. The Charter would be my first and foremost priority.
I am also concerned with the lack of activites within the city. As Mayor, I would, to the best of my ability, aid the Counsel in planning, coordinating and announcing the events, activities and other points of interest that could help to bring people to this great city.
In closing, I leave the decision to you, the citizens of Trinsic. The fact that you the Cousel members have decided to hold these elections to make Trinsic a better place has given me hope for a brighter future

Placing her pen back into the inkwell, she left the parchment on her desk to go get the preparations underway for the party to be sponsered by the Cultists honoring the new Mayor, once the votes had been tallied.
