|
LaBelle set to the lengthy stone table in the Paladins meeting room. Before her, rested a small glass blown jar, blackened with ink. To her hand, held she, a long and feathered quill of the goose. One piece of vellum, yellowed in color, soft, and inviting of the ink, stretched before her.
This letter did she begin...
Milord M’Real,
I trust this letter to find you
in good health, and of pleasant
spirits.
My Good Lord, long have the
days gone past since our last words were shared.
This lady desires your council on
those matters to which
I, my brothers, and sister
have been assisting you with.
Please respond Milord, at your
most convenient leisure, and know that this
Lady, thinks to the affair oft...
There are not greater strengths, but
in our peace, wisdom, and
insight, together in the endeavor
to return to the M’Real Legacy,
that which has been purloined.
To avoid peril Milord,
of the great hearted Lords and Ladies...
Yours Faithfully,
Lady LaBelle
She set thoughtfully a moment, before gently rolling the parchment, and tucking in beneath a fold in her robe. About her travels to the city Brae she hired a messenger to see his Lord recieved her letter, most promptly, and she prayed that he would read her letter, and understand her insite, fearing not the lack of aid from she, and the Paladins of the Virtues. |
