Lady Mianna,

It is with great sadness I write this missive to you. I had hoped to write you sooner and express my congratulations to you on your election a while back. But sadly, I've been very busy. Britan stands on the brink of an invasion and I am unsure how long the defences will hold.

I have sent troops to Britan with all possible speed and they have orders to make safe Lord British's castle. They will provide a safe haven for those escaping the invaders but lack the speed to leave the city in good time. Supplies have been shiped but it will be close if not too late to make it before the invaders arrive. I ask you for your help.

As the mayor, I seek an emergency meeting with you and the Trinsic council. I wish to discuss measures of aid and supplies to the city of Britan. Any help you can be in this matter would be greatful. I do pray for a speedy reply. Set a date and time and I will gladly make the apointment.

After recieving the letter from Kotare, Mianna quickly contacted members of the Trinsic Counsil of Honor. Explaining to them what she knew of Lord Kotare's situation, it was agreed that they would meet with him to discuss the matter further. Sitting down at her desk, she replied to him and quickly sent it off.

Lord Kotare,

It is most unfortunate to hear of this turn of events. I have contacted the counsil members and arranged for a meeting this evening at 10pm eastern at the Trinsic Counsil Meeting Hall. If you are in need of an escort, one will be sent to meet you.
