Dear Sir,

It has come to my attention that you are going to each known town making speaches. I should warn you that there is a proper procedure to making an assembly in Yew.

I urge you to follow proper protocol if you plan to visit Yew in the near future. Otherwise I will be forced to uphold our laws to the fullest.

When you arrive in Yew, you must seek out the Commonwealth council and ask for a permit to make a public speach. Permits vary in cost depending on the nature of the speech. However, I can promise you that the cost is no less than 100 Rubies and no greater than 500 rubies. The permit will become validated once three members of the council sign off on it, or if our Duchess signs it.

Once the permit is validated, you must wait three days before making your speach. This is so proper security can be assigned to maintain the peace of our lands. If you violate any stipulation of the permit, it becomes revoked and your right of passage will become null and voild.

A personal note from myself. Though I can apreciate what you are trying to do, I warn you not to come to Yew and preach about being some bringer of fortune. Our people have had hardships in the past and only recently regained their freedom. They are happy with the current government and the laws that are in place to keep them safe from outside influence.

With all regards,

Duke Kotare BlackWind
