It was a misty morning.

A dense shroud of fog covered the air, due to the sun which had no lifted above the mountain to piece it away with sunlight. The crickets chirped out in the distance, as the animals in the area just began to wake up from their slumber of the night. Peace was at its best, there in the humble garden of Poet's. None were inside however, for the staff had gone home to sleep, completely unaware of the arrival of an old friend.

"Ah, home sweet home".

There before him, the Garden reached high up above him. It seemed greater then he had remembered it, but perhaps that was just his imagination toying with him again. After all, how long had it been since he had last set foot within? A month? Two months? Perhaps more than three? He had lost count long ago, for his mission was his main focus when he had left. Slowly, he approached the stone steps to the entrance. Memories began to surge through his mind of the duels he used to have out of the walls. Many duels have taken place near of where he was, and some of them were fresh enough to reneact through his eyes.

"Three, two, one..."

He stepped up onto the floor, inside the Garden. Nothing had changed, except for the silence at the moment. He could smell the flowers scattered amongst the rooms, the drinking water shifting in each of stables...

Dan was finally home.
