Bailos triumphantly rides in "Valoria" while William is away at Yew. He stops in the town square and begins speaking to the people

People, hear me now, I come to you under the banner of peace. Throw off your opressive chains of government, throw off the lunatic William and his gang of "crazzy suicide". He throws lectures about "a lord" at you and gives your this hypocritical constitution all without your permission then he has the gaul to speak to you at long lengths telling you about 'what you need' without any apparent breaks in his speech whatsoever. I have heard! But see for yourselves....the power of a true god! One that has blessed me....with intelligence! Behold as I take a breath in the middle of my speech
*the crowd gasps*
Good people...Let the tyrant William know what sort of ignoramous he is when he comes back. Oblivion comes to us all, the young, the old, the brilliant scientists.....and even the pretender rulers such as William. You must prepare yourselves. Do you need proof of Oblivion? Go the graveyard...they all lie there, together. Every name, regardless of stature. They all die. Where was William's "god" for them?
*the crowd begins to speculate and chatter amongst themselves*
