To Molly and the RCL,

I, Bailos, Protector of Sanctus, Artisan of Ruin and Oligarch of Umbra, will be joining you, hopefully, at your next meeting. I wish to discuss the terms of my occupation of Sanctus, future expectations, and future relations.

As in accordance with an understanding between Umbran and Lunan policy, I will petition your Court for political leave into the city of Luna for Thursday night, expiring at midnight. Needless to say, I think the gravity of the situation is enough of a reason to allow this to pass.

*a parchement arives by messenger. The messenger looks around nervously near the castle in Caina. He sees movement in the windows and the dim glow of a candle flickers against the walls near the window. He sees a dark figure emurge from the building and walk towards the gate. He tosses the scroll over the gate and casts sacred journey as fast as his lips could speak it and is gone. The figure moves as if floating to where the parchment landed in the freshly fallen snow*

Lord Balios,

We will give you leave to come to to the Royal Court for only the hours of the meeting and no more. You must present this scroll to the guards should you encounter any in your travels across our lands.

You must come unarmed and your guards must remain at the back of the room and away from the membership. They must sheath their weapons before entering the meeting hall. You may bring no more that 4 guards to the meeting. If more are there they must reamain outside.

You will have a time to speak after the general business portion of the meeting is concluded. Any outbursts or disturbance by you or any of your members will be treated with imediate expulsion from the meeting. As long as this is understood and followed, you will be allowed to speak to the membership.
