Look around the city for any sort of influences, Admeria.
Illadar spoke in a rather sharp, but dark tone.

Riding around the city of Cove on their horses, Illadar and Admeria, both whom are warriors for the Order of the Ebon Skull, searched the city for any signs of influence from any form of governments. Curious of the two riders, the people of Cove started to watch them and gather at the gates of the city just as the two rode their horses up to the top of the wall.

Looking down at the people, Illadar looks into each of the peoples faces and grins slightly under his mempo.

"People of Cove...I, Illadar Gilthazul, and a fellow member of the Order of the Ebon Skull, Admeria, Come here to you today to show you into a new way of living. From this day forth, you will blessed with the presence of the Order of the Ebon Skull in your city as we bring you into a more civilized age. Many in other cities do not consider this place good enough to be called a city on its own, and condemn the land around you. With the Order of the Ebon Skull here, we will change that view and make Cove a city to rival that of even Britain itself! In the name of the Order of the Ebon Skull, I claim this city of Cove under the Trammel moon to expand the Order's influence and teachings and to be used as a military outpost."

After making his speech to the people, clapping and cheering begin. Illadar turns to Admeria, "And so it begins. I will seek out Lord Bailos or another of the Ancients to inform them of the outcome.

With a nod to each other, they depart the city to return to their homeland of Umbra.
