In no fantasy worlds besides video games do you wander around like a ghost and go OoOoooOooo till someone ressurects you.

Thus duels to the death can be commonplace here, but you really can't compare other fantasy settings to this. Especially because no fantasy world has people running around on llamas in bright clothing going OMG I ROX U SIR LOL
