Greetings.

It has come to my attention that you are now the governing body in the city of Jhelom. I must first congratulate you on taking up a dead city within your arms. That must have been quite a struggle.

I must speak with you tonight at ten o'clock by the eastern moon. Reply to this letter with a location convenient for you, as it will not be an issue with me. This is of an urgent matter, so the sooner you reply, the more I will be able to help you.

After comming home from his 4th day of waking Cear fell into his desk chair, arms dangling by his side. a small folded letter sat on his stone table. After reading it he felt somewhat insulted, therefore suspicious.
