Vaen had been rather confused with some of the recent happenings in town, especially with the strange visiter he had the other day. Not knowing whether or not this letter would reach its destination, he knew something had to be done.

Forgive the amount of time it has taken for me to respond. I fear that certain intricacies have stifiled my ability to respond with the quickness I would like to apply. I pondered asking of the urgency of this meet, being that I hoped to keep my feet from the Isle for the moment, But I should honor your resquest and find my audience with you. I shall begin to sail toward the Isle of Nujel'm and pray that you be about just in time to greet me. It will be within the cities limits for a duration of about forty-eight hours from the date of this parchment's departure.
