A poster tacked on a wall of each bank in every town

In the abbsence of Sir Beowulf Thormear, his house has been greatly unoccupied. By the request of Sir Thormear, the house will be up for rent. With only a small amount of rules attached.

-A fee of 1,000 gold pieces must be paid at the end of each week.
-Any person may rent the house, until the own (Beowulf Thormear) returns, or decides otherwise.
-The house it self must not be change, decoration can be rearranged.
-It will not be used as an outpost for an army to attack or defend the land it occupies unless given permission from the owner.

The house is as large a plot as they come. It's located in the desert of Luna Malas, and is right off the edge of the stars. Myself, Fathertime, will make weekly check ups of the home.

If you are interested, you may reach me at the Luna smithshop, or stop by the house in question (if you know the location). A hawk will fly by each of these posters every hour, in which you can send a letter if needed.
