Syn stood in the Wastelands of Makoto and looked at the bodies of the deathwatch beetles and their hatchlings,"death comes swiftly....,"she said as she replaced her bow and patted her mare's neck gently,"easy girl....after today you will be able to rest....Crisco will carry me on my long journey...,"she said as she gave the mare a gentle nudge to urge her into a slow trot back down into the green lands of Zento,her thoughts moving to the week ahead of her and the time she would be spending from her family and lover.She was unware that at that very moment a messenger was riding into the city with a letter from her sister Annawen who was now hidden in the village two miles north of her father's castle.

As Syn slid from the back of her mare she looked around and raised an eyebrow as the feeling of intense pain flashed into her head,"....Dan...,"she said to herself,"Lady Synful SilverRose?,"she heard someone call out causing her to look up,"yes that is me...do i know you sir?,"she asked as the messenger shook his head and reached into his chest pocket,"I have a letter for you from Lady Annawen...it is very urgent...,"he said causing Syn's eyes to widen now knowing where the pain was coming from,"Annawen...,"she said as she reached into her purse and took out 20 gold pieces,"please take this and rest yourself at the tavern...,"she said as she pointed to the huge building northwest of where they stood,"thank you m'lady...,"he said as he took the gold and walked off leaving Syn alone to read over the letter.

My dearest Syn,

By the time this letter will reach you I will be in the hands of our father again....if I am so fortunate...the men from the village that you paid to help get me out did so but I fear my safety will not be long lived....however something good has come from being in the village....I gave birth to a healthy baby girl. This is where my letter becomes more desperate....if anything happens to me...please take care of her for me..

As Syn refolded the letter she looked to her mare and sighed softly,"a few more stops girl....,"she said as she jumped onto her back and pulled out her runebook,closing her eyes she chanted softly and teleported herself back to the house she shared with her lover who was on patrol,sliding from her mare's back again she moved to the chest that held her weapons and pulled out two of her daggers making sure to strap them down on her hip,"incase he comes home...,"she said as she grabbed a pen and book then moved to the table to scribble him a quick note.

Please don't worry I'll return as soon as I can...I have some business in Fel that needs to be delt with...

Setting the pen down she ran back outside and mounted her mare once again,"ok girl back to Zento than into Fel...,"she said as she once again pulled out her runebook and chanted softly,teleporting herself to the moongate within the city of Zento.Taking a deep breathe she urged her mare into the moongate then stepped onto the bloody grounds of Fel,"on to the Vesper Youth Hostel....,"she said as she kicked her mare into a run racing towards the town hoping that the man she sought out was there.

Dan finally returned after his long patrol, chuckling to himself after having to keep the riot in the Fan Dancer's Dojo in check.

"Ah, the joys of a patrol"

Quickly, he strapped his warfork to his belt, and carried his shield over his back, then entered his household. Looking around at the room, he couldn't really think that much was different, until he found the booklet on the table.

"A note?"

He approached the table, and picked up the booklet. After reading its contents, an urge of tension ran down his spine. Why in the world did his beloved Synful have buisness in Felluca, the dreaded realm of all? Dan glanced to the stable, and walked towards and peered over the fencing to look inside.

"Nothing"

Unsatisfied, he moved towards the front door, out to his porch to examine anything in the grass in front of their house or near it. There seemed to be a few footprints in the grass, and from the look of them, they weren't so fresh, so she must have been here 30 minutes ago before he arrived...

"Damn..."

Dan moved himself towards the table's chair, frustrated with the situation. He didn't know where she was going, and Felluca was a big place. He did know, though, of what horrible men and people lurked their lands, and what they might do to her if she were to be caught...or worse.

Frustrated, he closed his eyes for he had to accept her actions. Out of respect, he knew that she could handle herself, and he knew how sneaky she could be. An archer must do so, if they are to be good at hunting their prey. So, knowing where she would be later, he slowly pulled out his runebook and read its contents. "Sanctum Viatus" he said as his surrounding quickly shifted to that which was Zento Bank.

"I will wait for you, beloved. I will wait until your return".

As she neared the city of Vesper,Syn reined in her mare to a slow but steady trot,"easy girl I know you hate this place...but I need to confront this man..,"she said then stopped her mare,her ears perking up at the sounds of hoofbeats heading towards her,"Reds!!!."she cried out as she kicked her mare into a run quickly wanting to reach protection of the city.As she raced she turned her head and looked behind her watching as several reds raced towards her,"come on girl...,"she said as she urged the mare on abit faster finally stopping her as she crossed the bridge and looked back to the reds as they shouted at her,"evil...,"she said as she turned her mare and headed towards the hostel located in the middle of the city.

Reaching the hostel she looked around a moment then moved over to a young beggar,"excuse me sir...i have a job for you...,"she said as the young man moved over to her,"yes m'lady....?,"he asked as she reached into her money pouch and pulled out 40 gold pieces,"go in that hostel and see if a man wearing a red bandana is inside...if he is come back and tell me and this 40 gold is yours...,"she said as the man nodded his head and moved to do as she asked while she tethered her mare to a tree and gave her an apple,"rest up girl...,"she said as she leaned against the tree making sure to pull her kasa down over her eyes.

The young beggar moved inside and looked around then walked to the bar and leaned against it,his eyes scanning over the few occupants after spotting the man he walked back out and looked to the lady covered in red and gold,"aye ma'am...he is in there...,"he said as she tossed him the pouch,"thank you....,"she said as she patted her mare than walked inside,"well well well...look what the ogres drug in...,"she said as she pulled back a chair and sat down,"my father's most valued lap dog....,"she said as she watched him reach into his pocket,"don't...it wouldn't be worth it you would die a horrible death before even standing up...,"she said as she pressed the blade of her poison dagger to his leg.

"What do you want Galadriel...?,"he asked as he looked to the dagger than back to her,"want...i want so many things Edowin....but first I'll start with this....go back and tell my father I'm coming for him....and when I get him...he will wish he had killed me so long ago...,"she said causing the man to laugh,"you....kill your father..please child....your father would make quick work of you....,"he said as she pressed the dagger down abit more,"really now....perhaps you and I should have a little duel...?,"she said as she stood up and pushed her cloak open causing the man to stand up and shake his head,"your father wants the pleasure of killing you...and I will not deny him that...,"he said causing her to laugh and shake her head then turn towads the door,"very well...,"she said then started walking towards the door,her ears perking up at the sound of a blade clearing its sheath causing her to turn and sling her dagger pinning his arm into the wall,"give that to my father...and tell him what I said...,"she said as she walked out the door and over to her mare after swinging herself up into she pulled out her runebook,"Sanctum Viatus,"she said as the dreaded lands of Fel Vesper became that of Zento.

"Ahh homelands at last...,"she said as she looked towards the bank and went pale seeing her lover standing there,"I told you I would return my love...,"she said as she slid from her mare and moved over to stand infront of him.

Before she had arrived, Dan was leaning back upon one of the pillars that held the tent known as "The Bank of Zento" up in place. He watched, at the peace of the children running up and down the roads, the Samurai eve vigilent in their patrol, and of the common merchant talks he could overhear beside him and elsewhere. Such feelings pleased Dan, having him know just how much Zento was worth protecting, and all of Tokuno for that matter. He truly hoped that he could live here, in this realm, with harmony and his beloved Synful SilverRose...

...and as he looked upon his surrounding more, his eye caught her, walking up to him after what seemed to him like she had been through a rush of things. Slowly she moved up to him, but before she could take another step he leaned in a hugged her tight.

"I am glad you are safe, beloved.", he said to her as they put their arms around each other. "I was worried."

Synful merely looked up into his eyes, and smiled as she lay her head down onto his chest. She had always loved such moments as this, in her lover's arms, and she knew he did too. Having to give out a sigh of relief, Dan looked down toher and smiled, then just rubbed her hair to relax her incase she had been through anything a bit traumatizing. Synful had trials ahead of her, and he knew this well. Her father, the villain that he was, was hunting her, and having been able to avoid Dan so numerously, he honestly believed he could do nothing about it.

But none of that mattered now. Here they were, together.

Syn lifted her head up from his chest and smiled softly,"I am sorry I was gone my love....had to pay a visit to an old friend...,"she said with sarcasm dripping from her words,"but as you can see I am back safe in your arms..,"she then turned and leaned her back against his chest,"I do hope everything is well here...?,"she asked then fell silent as she remebered her journey,she knew her father would be ready to kill her the moment she stepped onto his lands.

Taking a deep breathe she pulled away from her lover and moved towards the stables to put up Crystal Spirit who she could tell was very anxious to see her mate and foal,"yes girl I know..,"she said as she handed the reins over to the animal trainer then waited by the door for the friendly nicker she would hear coming from Crisco who she could hear snorting and stomping in the back.

"I knew he would be happy to see her..,"she said as she turned and moved back up to the bank to look at her lover,"Lover we need to talk....can we go someplace abit more private...?,"she asked as she reached out for his hand.
