I may have misspelled your name, if I did i'm sorry. This is to the leader of the Conclave that lead Delucia, I was just wondering if you would have a trade deal for mercs, fish or whatever for just your fertile dirt. Please write me back

Sir William,

I indeed am Galnor Bloodmoon. I am the Patriarch of the Council.. I know not where you heard the term Conclave.. perhaps twas just the fact that it is a synonym but it matters not. This proposal you have put forth has sparked curiosity although there are enough bodies of water in the land around Delucia for fish and mercenaries are not the most reliable group of people. I will however give you no answer in writing afterall it is best we discuss this matter face to face and once the specifics are ironed out The Council will decide on the matter. To be honest after that scare of a plague that was in Papua, the fact that you want Delucian dirt is a matter that does concern me. Not that you would do such a thing. Please call upon my raven so we can discuss a time to meet.
