We hear at the Church understand your need for a organization that will tend to your needs unlike most the groups who just claim territory as a representation of power.

We here at the church have been watching your city of papua as it falls slowly into disrepair and decay. And we hereby claim your city under the teachings protection and care of the Church of the Void. We understand you have no Mayor and your council grows weak. We willput a figurehead into power to manage this fine City and it shall become a center of the Voids teachings. We shall begin repairs and sending supplies.

Let it be known from here on now The City of Papua is under the Protection and control of The Church of the Void.

We wont let such a city fall to nothing.
